At PARR Grooming Supplies we stand behind our products and guarantee them to be free from manufacture defects.

CLIPPERS/TRIMMERS:

We offer a 90 day warranty from the date of delivery and will repair or replace is necessary.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DROPPED OR MISUSED CLIPPERS.

ALL SHEARS:

We offer a 7 day (1 week) test period to make sure that shears are free from manufacturer defects.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DROPPED OR MISUSED SHEARS.

NAGAYU:

Shower head and hose only

We offer a 7 day (1 week) test period to make sure the Shower head and Hose are free from manufacture defects.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:

All sales final, no returns.

 

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If you have a defective product that is covered (see above) you must return it at your expense and we will repair or replace as required after inspection and testing we will then return your repaired product or replacement at our expense.

Items that are dropped or broken thru user neglect (or kicked off the table from a dog) are not covered. Only manufacture defects will be honored.
